Zoology
Yixiao Du was born (1995) and raised in China. After completing her undergraduate degree in art history, she chose to continue her illustration studies in Germany and became a freelance artist. In a multicultural context, her focus is on identity, cultural conflict, women’s rights and social issues. Her common means of expression include but are not limited to drawing, painting, stop-motion animation, installation, artist book, etc.
